Following the initial proposal for a new store in Old Amersham, ALDI has now submitted a planning application for redevelopment of the site currently occupied by Hilton Car Supermarket (formerly Jaguar Dealership) situated at 44 London Road West, Amersham.
The application proposes demolition of existing buildings, and erection of a foodstore (Use class E) with servicing, access, car parking and landscaping. The Town Council will be discussing the application and submitting comments.
