On Tue 27 Jul 2021 Sustainable Amersham will be holding a Plastic Free Day in Amersham-on-the-Hill.
Working closely with Buckinghamshire Council and other community organisations, Sustainable Amersham are ambitious to make Amersham a plastic free community and now is the time to start this process.
On Plastic Free Day they hope to engage local traders to offer alternatives to plastic and to take the initiative to find ways to reduce their own plastic usage. Also there will be stalls set up to help customers learn how to reduce their own plastic consumption, information about the plastic crisis and how to recycle better.
