“Leaving Well: Planning & Providing for End of Life
How do we encourage discussion to enable a “good death”? How do we co-ordinate care for those approaching the end of their lives? Join us to hear from two palliative care physicians, Professor Julia Riley and Doctor Helen Pegrum, about ways in which care can be planned and co-ordinated to ensure everyone approaching the end of their life has the death they hope for.”
