A ‘sizeable’ sinkhole at Shardeloes between Old Amersham and Little Missenden was reported by The Guardian, first published on Sun 14 May. Inspectors from the Chiltern Society visited the site and confirmed that it is approximately six metres across and five deep, and that it is possibly growing.
