A Brief History of Bible Translation – Part Two

David Morgan will be back to the Society with the second part of his “A Brief History of Bible Translation” lectures. David’s first talk, given in 2021, told the story up to the time of John Wycliffe (d. 1384). He will now follow this up with the story of the 15th and 16th Centuries, culminating in the King James Bible of 1611.

Coffee/tea and biscuits will be available from 7.30pm. The talk starts at 8.00pm. No booking necessary. Guests and new members welcome.
