Street Cleansing of High Street

Amersham Town Council, in partnership with the Amersham Society, Serco and Chiltern District Council are organising the street cleansing works which will be taking place on the North Side of the High Street in Old Amersham on Monday 15 Jul 2019 between the hours of 7.00am and 9.00am.

The clean will focus mainly on the street gutters and some deep cleaning of the kerb stones.

To enable this exercise, all residents are kindly asked not to park their cars on the North Side (Odd Numbered properties) of the street during this period.

Cones will be placed in the road from 7.30pm on Sunday evening. Once the deep clean has been completed, vehicles can be moved back to the High Street.
