This will be a rare opportunity to hear in Bucks a leading authority on Britain’s hillforts – of which Buckinghamshire has many – and what they tell us of our country’s prehistoric landscape.

Professor Barry Cunliffe, Emeritus Professor of Archaeology at Oxford University and author of ‘Iron Age Communities in Britain’, will be speaking on Hillforts and the Prehistoric Landscape on Sat 7 Mar at 2.30pm in the King’s Church in Amersham.
